RUMFORD — Selectmen on Thursday night will consider closing a portion of Exchange Street for Envision Rumford’s Pumpkin Festival.

The board meeting begins at 7 p.m. in Rumford Falls Auditorium.

Approval is also sought for a stump grinding bid, and a liquor license application and special amusement permit for Gatch’s Food Spirits and Catering.

Additional agenda items include appointment of a utility firefighter and hearing a report on the Prospect Avenue Sewer Repair Project.

An executive session is scheduled to discuss an economic development matter.
