Coach: Joel Stoneton (ninth year)

Last year’s record: 3-5

Returning players: Seniors — Cam Armstrong (C/DT), Zach Nadeau (G/MLB), Danny Moody (RB/OLB); Juniors — Jared Hanson (QB), Zach Glazier (TB/LB), Drew Stratton (WR/CB).

Key losses: Tyler Reeve (OL/LB), Chris Bowers (OL/DL), Robin Cook (RB/DL).

Promising newcomers: Senior — Casey Nadeau (T/DE), Alex Ingram (CB), Sam Vigue (T/DT); Sophomore — Dakota Carter (WR), Mario Meucci (TE).

Outlook: The Ramblers took a rare break from the playoffs last year, but they believe playing in a revamped Campbell Conference against schools closer to their own size will help them get back. It will also require the offensive line jelling and the continued development of one of the league’s top backfields in Moody, Glazier and Hanson. Stratton gives Hanson a big-play receiver. Moody and Glazier are disruptive forces on the defense.

Coach’s comment: “We’ve got a lot of athletes and if we can get some people up front to step up, we’ll be competitive with teams in the league.” — Coach Joel Stoneton
