LEWISTON — Alexis Servidio, a Lewiston resident and a 2012 graduate of St. Dominic Academy, has been named one of 30 semi-finalists out of several thousand entrants from across the country in the Rite Aid/Cosmetic Promotions/Seventeen Magazine Glam Camp model search. The young lady who wins this competition will be the face of the 2013 Rite Aid Glam Camp campaign.
Servidio was notified in August that she was one of the five young ladies the very first week of the competition to move on to the semi-finals. She had to submit additional photos of herself and go through a telephone interview. She had to show her personality as well as explain why she should be the 2013 Glam Camp model.
Servidio is a freshmen at Plymouth State University, where she is majoring in social work. She keeps herself very busy with her studies and recently made the 2012-13 PSU Competition Cheering team. She also volunteers twice a week for a family resource center called Whole Village, which provides resources to children and families from 20 communities within New Hampshire.
Servidio is a very dedicated young woman and would provide a great role model to all girls.
