* Orlando H. Perkins, 43, Mercer, unlawful furnishing of schedule Z drugs, Oct. 8, no bail listed as of Oct. 9, Maine State Police.

* Franklin McDonald, 40, Arrowsic, operating under the influence, Oct. 8, $500 unsecured bail, Franklin County Sheriff Department.
