AUBURN — Maria Lea Gaura, of Andover, was taken by angels on Tuesday, Oct. 16, at the age of 1, and greeted in heaven by her paternal great-grandmother, Maria.
Maria was born in Portland on Oct. 3, a daughter of Ashley (Jordan) and Charles Gaura Jr.
Although her time here on this earth was brief, she touched many hearts with her beautiful blue eyes and many expressions.
She will be sadly missed but not forgotten by her loving family.
Surviving are her parents, Charles Gaura Jr. of Andover and Ashley Jordan of Standish; paternal grandparents, Caterina and Charles Gaura Sr. of Andover; maternal grandmother, Tammie Randall of Standish; maternal great-grandmother, Brenda Jordan of Standish; aunts, Sandra, Jennifer, Sonia, Kayla and Marissa; and uncles, Pasquale, Gianfranco, Francesco and Justin.
