I do not understand how Christians and clergy can support gay marriage. The Bible states that marriage is between a man and a woman.
The clergy go through years of study to become a leader of a church of Bible believers. I don’t understand how any one of them can go on television and radio and make such false statements.
It says in Isaiah 5:20, “Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness.”
The purposed law says a clergy does not have to perform a gay marriage. Nothing is said about the vendors.
Last month, it was reported that a cake baker who refused to make a wedding care for a gay wedding was taken to court. The judge ruled against the baker on the grounds of discrimination.
What about the other vendors, the caterers, florists, photographers, church officials, etc.? Are they going to be taken to court for refusals?
Recently, I read how a clergyman was going to drop his license to be a notary public so he couldn’t be forced to do a wedding.
That is not right.
