The National Rifle Association has recently come out with its ratings of candidates and legislators. I was disappointed to learn that the area’s current representative, Sheryl Briggs, received a D rating.
Briggs is defined as “An anti-gun candidate who usually supports restrictive gun control legislation and opposes pro-gun reforms … regardless of public statements, can usually be counted on to vote wrong on key issues.”
I want someone in Augusta who will stand up for my constitutional rights.
Lisa Keim, scored an A on the NRA’s scorecard. She can be counted on to support gun rights and pro-gun legislation.
I will be voting for Lisa Keim, who will protect my right to bear arms.
