RUMFORD — Funeral services for Shelly M. Armstrong were held Tuesday at the Meader and Son Funeral Home with the Rev. John Gensel officiating. Musical selections were “Wind Beneath My Wings” and “It’s So Hard To Say Goodbye.” Words of remembrance were given by Jami Blouin, daughter, Mindy Childs, daughter, Taylor Nault, granddaughter, and Pam Bentley and Maureen Williams, friends.
