- Steve McAllister and Arthur Hatch from the Norway Highway Department install a decorative tree grate on Main Street on Thursday. The grates are being placed around trees, some of them recently planted. Funds came from Norway Downtown, an in-kind payment from the town, and a $4,000 matching grant from the Maine Downtown Center and Project Canopy.
