- At the conclusion of the Worumbo Blues Festival this fall at the Railroad Restaurant and Tavern, Maine Blues Festival co-founder Kevin Kimball presented a $600 check to Lisbon School Board member George Caron to establish the Maine Blues Musicians’ Scholarship, which will be awarded to a graduating senior at Lisbon High School.
