OXFORD — The Oxford School Age Child Care and Preschool Center, 68 Pleasant St., welcomes Jo-Linn Tibbetts of Otisfield to its board of directors.
Tibbetts has been an active volunteer with the program during the past year. She coordinated the donation of all the materials and labor for the new storage shed through KBS Builders as a part of the Champions for Children Outside Renovation Project.
She is a 1997 graduate of the University of Southern Maine with a double major of social and behavioral sciences and management and organizational studies. She pursued her master’s degree in health policy and management in 2006 from USM, Muskie School of Public Service.
She is a licensed social worker in Maine. She has been employed with SeniorsPlus in Lewiston since 1997 as a team leader and most recently as a care coordinator. She enjoys spending time with her two boys.
