* Peter R. Nappi, 37, Jay, driving without a license, Dec. 26, $500 unsecured bail, court appearance Feb. 21, Jay Police Department.

* Joshua Corrier, 19, Wilton, driving without license, refusing to submit, Dec. 27, $100 cash bail, court appearance Feb. 21, Wilton Police Department.
