At the Chamber’s Annual Dinner, four awards will be presented honoring achievements and contributions made by Chamber members and community leaders in the River Valley area. The awards are as follows:
Business Person/Business of the Year
Volunteer of the Year
Customer Service of the Year
Non-Profit/Community Service Leadership Award
Nominations for these awards are now being solicited by The Chamber. Those interested in helping in the selection of nominations should return a completed nomination form to The Chamber.
Business Person/Business of the Year
This award recognizes a business person or business which has made significant investments in supporting the region’s economic growth, expanded employment opportunities through the establishment of a new business or business expansion or has set a new leadership standard for business innovation and quality.
Volunteer of the Year
This award recognizes individual or group efforts which have made a significant contributions in the quality of life or the enhancement of community or regional assets. It also recognizes accomplishments achieved through non-profit organizations, public sector committees, or businesses.
Customer Service Award
This award recognizes a business whose employees have gone beyond the call of duty to provide outstanding customer service in the River Valley area.
Non-Profit/Community Service Leadership Award
This award recognizes a group effort which has made a significant contribution in the enhancement of community or regional involvement in the River Valley area.
