- Jay Jack and his wife, Amanda Buckner, of Poland, take their pit bull rescue dogs for their morning run down Hackett Mills Road on Friday morning. Nearly every day they run with the dogs, then take them home for training before going to work. They own The Academy, a Portland gym where they take the dogs for the day.
