* Steven A. Klisiewicz, 61, of Andover, Jan. 24, domestic assault and obstructing the report of a crime, Maine State Police.
* Andrew M. Deam Jr., 22, of Paris, Jan. 25, failure to submit to arrest or detention and violation of bail condition, Norway Police Department.
* Derek R. Leonard, 33, of West Paris, Jan. 25, domestic assault, obstructing the report of a crime and criminal restraint, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.
* Mark A. Starbird, 46, of Waterford, Jan. 26, operating under the influence, Paris Police Department.
* Christopher Fogg, 29, of Waterford, Jan. 26, domestic violence assault, criminal mischief and criminal threatening, Maine State Police.
