- The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department is changing its logo on its new vehicles, Sheriff Scott Nichols Sr. said Monday. The cruiser at left is one of four new Ford police Interceptors with the new insignia; the one at right has the older one. The logo changes will be made as vehicles are replaced, he said.
