- Norway Savings Bank recently made a $5,000 contribution to the Oxford County Fund’s campaign to match a $35,000 challenge grant from The Betterment Fund. The campaign, which runs through 2013, will help raise the fund’s endowment to more than $500,000. Over the past 15-plus years, the Oxford County Fund has given $328,597 in grants to more than 80 organizations.
