AUBURN — Paul J. Drinkwater, 64, of Greene, and formerly of Auburn, died Feb. 14, at the Androscoggin Hospice House, following a battle with cancer.

 

He was born in Lewiston, on Nov. 10, 1948, the son of Ruth Drinkwater. He attended schools in Lewiston.

 

Early in his career he started Twin City Tile Co., installing tiles in many area businesses and residential homes. In later years he built and remodeled several homes in and around the twin cities. In his free time he enjoyed boating, fishing and being the life of any party.

 

He is survived by his five children, Dino, Sherry and Jamie Drinkwater, Christina Drinkwater and Tiffany Sale; his grandchildren, Montana, Ryder, Chase, Davin, Tiffany, Mazzi, Chyanne and Alexis; he is also survived by his former wife, Debbie; a brother, Chuck Drinkwater, sisters, Ann Marie Bolduc and Joan Jocke; and several nieces and nephews. 

 

He was predeceased by his mother; and his brother, John.
