LEWISTON — Carole Jane Small, 73, of Winthrop, died after a brief illness on Feb. 25, at St. Mary’s d’Youville Pavilion.

She was born May 24, 1939. Carole was the youngest child of Percy and Stella Hubley.

She is survived by her two children, Jeffery White of Seattle, Wash., and Melissa Small of Mexico; as well as, her brother, Benjamin Hubley of Portland; and sister, Shirley Kenny of Winthrop.

Carole was predeceased by her husband, Philip Small; and brothers, Cecil and Leslie Hubley.
