* Randall A. Baker, 59, of Newry, operating under the influence, March 4, Rumford Police Department.

* Destiny G. Gagne, 26, of Paris, failure to appear, March 4, Paris Police Department.

* Nathan M. Smith, 27, of Fryeburg, domestic assault and violation of bail condition, March 4, Fryeburg Police Department.

* Joseph A. Gordon, 21, of Rumford, failure to appear and failure to pay fines, March 5, Rumford Police Department.
