2. The Maine School of Science & Mathematics Camps
Dates & Price: Camp sessions last one week and run from June 23-July 27. The cost is $650 per session. Financial aid is available.

3. Bangor YMCA Wilderness Center at Camp Jordan
Dates & Price:
Sleep Away Camp: June 23rd – August 3rd; $450 – $1,100 per session
Adventure Seekers: June 23rd – August 2nd; $550 – $1,300 per trip
Leaders School: August 4th – 17th; $550 – $650 per session

4. YWCA of Central Maine Day Camps
Camp Kangaroo is just like Camp Weewannago but for younger campers, age 4-6 at a scaled-down pace. This camp offers the same weekly themes, hours, activities, and price.
YWCA Art Camp is a popular 9 week day camp that begins June 17 and runs through August 16th . for kids ages 8-13. Each week explores a different form of art– from digital photography, cartooning, painting, drawing sculpting, and even the performing arts. This summer’s theme is Dr. Seuss and each camper will have a part in the movie, “Dr. Seuss and the mystery of the Cat’s lost hat”! Campers will go on a field trip each week with Camp Weewannago and also swim daily!

5. USM Summer Youth Music and Theatre Camps
Registrations for these popular camps are accepted on a first come, first served basis. Some sections fill quickly so early registration is advised.

Southern Maine Theater Academy, June 23-28, $495 resident
Southern Maine Youth Band Day Camp, June 24-28, $310 day camp
Southern Maine Music Academy, July 6-14, $685 resident or $585 commuter
Southern Maine Junior Music Academy, July 14-20, $590 resident or $490 commuter
Southern Maine Jazz Camp, August 11-17, $475 day camp (9 – 6 daily).
