* Timothy A. Robbins, 35, of Rumford, March 6, failure to pay fines, Rumford Police Department.
* Terry L. Small, 45, of Oxford, operating after suspension, Maine State Police.
* Martin A. Smith, 24, of Stow, March 6, theft and failure to pay fines, Fryeburg Police Department.
* Laurie A. Bertrand, 47, of Brownfield, March 7, failure to appear, Maine State Police.
* George Freeman III, 24, of Mexico, March 7, endangering the welfare of a child and assault on a person under 6 years, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.
* Carlos Portillo II, 29, of Lewiston, March 7, violation of bail condition, Oxford Police Department.
* Rick S. Powell, 36, of Rumford, March 7, violation of bail condition, Rumford Police Department.
