Flea market, bake sale March 16
LOVELL — A flea market and bake sale will be held from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday, March 16, at Lovell United Church of Christ, Route 5, Center Lovell.
There will be lunch, baked goods, crafts, flea market items, antiques and furniture.

West Paris food pantry
WEST PARIS — The food pantry will be open from 1 to 3 p.m. Tuesday, March 19, at West Paris Baptist Church, 15 Church St. The pantry is open the first and third Tuesday of each month.
Baseball, softball sign-ups
HARRISON — The baseball and softball programs are open to girls and boys ages 4-15. Registration forms can be found at the Harrison Town Office from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The fee for softball is $25 per athlete and $45 maximum per family. Baseball fees are $25 for tee ball and rookies, $35 for minors and majors, and $45 for Babe Ruth.
Make all checks payable to the Town of Harrison. The deadline is March 22.

Spurrs Corner food pantry hours
OTISFIELD — The food pantry at Spurrs Corner Church, Route 121, will be open from 10 a.m. to noon Tuesday, March 19, for residents of Otisfield. The pantry is open the first and third Tuesdays of each month. For information call 583-4780 or 627-4329.
Sunrise hike at Bald Pate
BRIDGTON — Join Loon Echo Land Trust for the annual sunrise hike up Bald Pate Mountain in South Bridgton on Wednesday, March 20. The early morning vernal equinox hike is a great way to welcome the season.
Wear appropriate warm clothing and boots; bring water, snacks, flashlight and snowshoes (a few pairs will be available upon request).
Meet Loon Echo’s Jon Evans at 6 a.m. in the Bald Pate Mountain parking lot. Sunrise is at 6:43 am and this moderate hike will take approximately two hours. Feast on hot cocoa and doughnuts upon returning to the parking lot.
