* Vehicles driven by Joshua W. Phillips, 33, of 2161 Lisbon St., No. 9, Lewiston and Robert R. Carrier, 59, of 629 Somerset St., Rumford, collided, 1:21 p.m. Saturday on Turner Road. Phillips’ 1999 Volkswagen was towed due to disabling damage. Carrier’s 2010 Toyota was listed with functional damage.
