GREENE — A community meeting to address Allen Pond’s water quality and test results done in 2011 will be held at 6 p.m. April 10 at the fire station.
Scott Williams, a lake biologist, will discuss the report covering historical data, water clarity, chlorophyll, dissolved oxygen, phosphorus from runoff and phosphorus from recycling.
Wendy Garland of the Watershed Management Unit of the Maine Department of Environmental Protection also will speak about water runoff in the watershed and corrective measures.
