- Auburn Middle School student Julie Frost explains to her mother, Kelly Hare, what she’s learned about “Girls’ Styles” from 1913-2013 during the opening reception for “Teenage Generation: An Exhibit on Youth Culture 1913-2013” at Museum L-A on Friday. A group of 65 middle-school students collected artifacts from their own family histories, interviewed parents and grandparents about life in different decades and researched local and national history as part of Museum L-A’s “Kids as Curators” program. The exhibit will be on display through April 19.
