- Firefighters wheel an exhaust fan used to vent smoke from Craig Dickson’s house at 260 Weld St. after a pot burned dry on a lit stove burner Wednesday afternoon in Dixfield. Firefighters from Dixfield, Mexico and Rumford responded to the call, Dixfield fire Chief Scott Dennett said at the scene.
