WILTON — Police are investigating the burglary of a Welch Road home where two Apple laptop computers were taken Saturday.

The homeowner was gone most of the day and returned about 6:30 p.m., police Chief Heidi Wilcox said. Besides the two older, white laptops, nothing else was taken, she said.

Officer Derek Daley is investigating.
