LEWISTON —Christopher R. Chadwick, 23, of Chase Avenue in Mexico, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, June 6, at Central Maine Medical Center.
He was born in Ithaca, N.Y. on Jan. 18, 1990, a son of Robert G. and Laurie (Crapo) Chadwick.Chris attended schools in Ithaca, N.Y.
He was employed with McDonalds, Hannaford, Mexico One Stop, Rent A Center, and most recently Color Tyme in Farmington. Chris loved listening to loud music and devoting time to his children, family and friends.He brought joy to the many people he touched and his smile will forever be missed.
Surviving are his father, Robert G. Chadwick of West Bethel; mother, Laurie Chadwick of Ithaca, N.Y.; his Maine mom, Linda Zinck of Mexico; his daughter, Talor Rose Diane Michel-Chadwick of Mexico and Rumford; his son, Sean Lucien Michel-Chadwick of Mexico and Rumford; two sisters, Ashley Chadwick of Aurora, N.Y. and Victoria Chadwick of Ithaca, N.Y.; maternal grandfather, Kenneth Crapo of Florida; paternal grandfather, Ralph Rogers and companion, Carol Thurston, of King Ferry, N.Y.; grandmother, Merilee “Grammy T” Thurston of Andover; aunts, Jackie Thurston and husband, Danny, of West Bethel, Wendy Melby and husband, Kim, of Los Alamitos, Calif., and Sharon Van Deuson and husband, Jim, of Cortland, N.Y.; uncles, Josh Messier and domestic partner, Ashley Brown, of Rumford, Jon Thurston and wife, Mary, of Andover, Kurt Thurston of Andover, Alan Hunter and wife, Laura, of Florida, Martin Crapo and wife, Carrie, of Cortland, N.Y., and Jason Crapo and wife, Mary Jo, of Cortland, N.Y.; a nephew, Benjamin Jackson Arnold of Ithaca, N.Y.; numerous cousins; and best friends, Whitney and CJ Senn.
