LIVERMORE FALLS — Ballot clerks were still counting election results at 10:30 p.m. Tuesday on a proposed $2.25 million budget, several ordinances, town officials and other articles for the annual town meeting referendum.

The proposed municipal budget for 2013-14 is $45,774 less than the current budget.

Other items up for consideration were using up to $18,000 from a capital improvement account to buy a new furnace for the Public Works Garage and changing from Androscoggin County to Franklin County.

One contested selectman race on the ballot was between incumbent Jeffrey Bryant and challenger Laurie Sanborn. Selectman candidates James Collins and Kenny Jacques were unopposed as was RSU 73 director Tammy Frost who was running for re-election.

Proposed ordinances on the ballot included property maintenance and floodplain laws.
