- “It’s over,” screamed a Guy E. Rowe Elementary School student as he rushed out the doors of the Norway school on the last day of classes Thursday. School head custodian Terry Cram dressed in beach garb and held a sign reading “Goin’ to the beach” as he said farewell to the children he helps cross Main Street.
