The Pottery Barn photography team spent several days at Artist’s Bridge in Newry last week taking photos for the holiday catalog. The team created a family reunion Thanksgiving scene by placing several large tables on the bridge, all set with tabletop items from Pottery Barn. The catalog is expected to be delivered across the U.S. in late September. Here, stylist Jeffrey Moss studies the scene on a computer screen. According to Diana Norwood of Maine Productions, who helped coordinate the effort, Clay Ide, senior vice president for Pottery Barn Creative, comes from an old Maine family. “He had heard of the Artist’s Bridge but never visited it, but loved the cross beam architecture and the open sides, which is rare for covered bridges,” she said.
