- Mexico residents Lacey and Richard Todd pick up their ballots from clerks Sarah Russell and Judy Broomhall. In line to pick up her ballot is Connie Tutlis. Voters in the 12 towns of the RSU 10 district turned out Tuesday to vote, again, on a proposed $36.5 million operating budget for fiscal year 2013-14. In Mexico, voters were also deciding on 11 municipal articles needed to run the town.
