1935 – 2013
PORTLAND — Beverly Louise Reagan, 78, of Gray, died on Sunday, August 4, at Maine Medical Center after a period of declining health.
She was born in New Gloucester on March 14, 1935, a daughter of Beulah (Glass) and Frederick Mowatt.
Beverly was a production worker at Burnham & Morrill for over 30 years. She was a member of the AmVets Auxiliary of Gray and was the volunteer coordinator at the Maine Wildlife Park for many years.
Beverly enjoyed knitting and crocheting but will be best remembered as a fantastic cook — especially her apple pies, potato salad and biscuits.
Beverly is survived by her seven children, Jeanne Reagan of Gorham, Carl Reagan and his wife, Carol, of Windham, Earle Reagan and his wife, Gail, of Gray, Sally Reagan-Sico and her husband, Joe, of Lake Worth, Fla., Bill Reagan and his wife, Mariette, of New Gloucester, Roberta Agliano of Fleming Island, Fla., and Joannie Collins and her husband, Jim, of Rochester, N.H.; 14 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; her brother Frederick Mowatt and his wife, Nancy, of Yarmouth; her sister, Noraine Dorr of Yarmouth; as well as a very large extended family.
