- People watched and photographed the balloons launch Friday morning from Simard/Payne Memorial Park in Lewiston during the first day of the Great Falls Balloon Festival. The next launch is scheduled for 6 p.m. Friday. Weather forecasts say it should be a beautiful weekend for the festival.
