- Richard Combs of Durham looks for imperfections in the paint he laid down while painting the wheels and bumpers of the Lisbon school bus fleet Monday. The 30-year veteran of the Lisbon School Department has touched up 14 buses to get ready for the start of the new school year. Classes begin Aug. 28.
