Lewiston
Bruce A. Lowell, 33, of Lewiston, lost control of his SUV and drove into a maple tree at 7:34 a.m. Tuesday on Webster Street. According to a police report, Lowell may have fallen asleep shortly before crashing. He escaped with minor injuries. His 2006 Toyota was towed.
