* Brian Scott Day, 33, of 21 Aca Drive, Turner, failure to register a vehicle, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, 12:02 a.m. Wednesday at 95 Lincoln St.
Accidents

* Andrew P. Ouellette, 25, of Lewiston lost control of his motorcycle and drove into a ditch at 7:53 p.m. Tuesday on Perkins Ridge Road. Ouellette suffered scrapes in the crash. Damage to his 2013 Harley-Davidson was listed as functional.
* Vehicles driven by Roger P. Ouellette, 56, of Turner and Edna Sullivan, 84, of Turner collided at 10:35 a.m. Sunday at Route 4 and Lake Shore Drive. According to a police accident report, Sullivan, pulling from Lake Shore Drive and heading south on Route 4, attempted to turn left into a church parking lot, failing to yield to Ouellette’s vehicle, which was also heading south. Ouellette’s truck skidded off the road and flipped onto its roof in the wreck. Both vehicles, Ouellette’s 2002 Ford and Sullivan’s 2010 Kia, were towed.
