POLAND — The Harlem Wizards will perform at Poland Regional High School at 7 p.m. Monday, Sept. 23, as part of their Fanomenal Tour.
This high energy team that specializes in trick hoops and alley-oops will be playing against the local team, the Maine Slam Dunkers — made up of teachers, staff, parents and students of RSU 16. This fun show will include a magical display of tricks, coordinated ball handling, fancy passing and aerodynamic athleticism combined with high-energy comedy and audience interaction.
This event is hosted by the Mechanic Falls Elm Street School Parent Teacher Organization as a fundraiser to support programing at the local elementary school.
Tickets are on sale at the Mechanic Falls, Minot and Poland town offices, all RSU 16 school offices and at www.harlemwizards.com. Prices are $8 for students, $10 for adults in advance and $10 students, $12 adults at the door.
