The concert, in celebration of autumn and the beginning of the new school year, will feature folk songs, hymns and marches. The event is free and open to the public and includes a barbecue picnic from noon-2 p.m., available at “old-fashioned” prices on The Green outside Corthell Hall, USM Gorham campus. In case of rain, the event will be held at the Brooks Student Center, Gorham campus. Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets and lawn chairs.
