LEEDS — Phelony Kelley, 5 weeks, of Leeds, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, Sept. 19, of natural causes. She was loved and cared for by her family and close friends.

She was born on Aug. 13, at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, a beautiful 6 pounds, 7 ounces, C-section birth. Phelony was the daughter of Charles R. Kelley Jr. and Tonya Kelley.

Phelony was such a beautiful miracle — she left us all unexpectedly here on Earth. She will forever be remembered as Daddy’s little girl and Mommy’s baby girl.

Phelony is survived by her parents, Charles R Kelley Jr. and Tonya Kelley; older brother, Charles R. Kelley III; grandfathers, Charles Kelley Sr., Ronald Hartford and Michael Riley; grandmothers, Cindy Hartford and Juanita Riley; great-grandmother, Peggy Kelley; great-great-grandmother, Waneta Willey; great-great aunt and uncle, Patricia and Maurice Bernier (also Godparents); uncles, Zach Child, Patrick Kelley Sr., Donovan Nadeau, Benjamin Quinn, David Linkletter, Kelvin Corsin, Gillie Pike and Jessie Corson; aunts, Morgin Hartford, Terrie Nadeau, Tammy Riley, Liza Linkletter, Carlene Corson, Casandra Mudd, Rita Quinn, Karen Cates and Ellen Edgerly; and cousins, Daniel, Bryce and Rieslynn Bernier, Riley Nadeau, Cassius Mudd and Isaac Corsin.

She was predeceased by her great-grandfather, Patrick Owen.

WE WILL LOVE YOU FOREVER AND ALWAYS. You have touched the lives of so many, and will be in our hearts and memories for an eternity. We love you, our precious Angel!
