- Owners and operators David Larochelle, right, and Julie Larochelle, second from right, along with daughter Tanya Matchette, second from left, are opening a new business, Wags-n-Wiggles Doggie Daycare at 135 Moody Road, Lisbon. Dogs will have an inside area with air conditioning to play during the summer and to stay warm in the winter. There are also two play areas outside. Hours will be 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., Sunday through Saturday; closed holidays. Dogs under 50 pounds will be accepted. An open house is planned Saturday, Sept. 28. Please do not bring animals that day.
