I am the current mayor of Lewiston. Along with staff, the City Council and business owners, we are attempting to make this city a place where people want to live, play, raise a family and either build a business here or work here.

Don’t wink when you can nod. Don’t speak when you can nod. Don’t write when you can speak. Keep your temper under control

I really don’t admire politicians although I am correctly classified as one.

What has Mayor Robert Macdonald done during the past two years that you agree with? What has he done that you disagree with?

I was elected by the people of Lewiston to address the problems that others are afraid to speak out on. Lewiston has progressed because we work as a team and I AM WILLING TO TAKE THE NEGATIVE HITS IN ORDER TO MAKE SURE WE PROGRESS. We believe in the phrase “gung-ho” (work together.)

We have all worked together to make the city more livable and the concerns of our citizens, not political philosophies, guide our decisions.
