GRAY — A Poland man was arrested Wednesday night after authorities acted on a tip that he and a Chelsea woman were carrying illegal drugs.

Cumberland County Sheriff’s deputies pulled over a 1999 Chrysler 3000 traveling north on Route 26 shortly before midnight. A drug-sniffing dog detected drugs on both people and in the car, according to a written release.

Deputies recovered 100 tablets of Oxycodone and 28 bags of heroin and seized $1,300 in cash.

Adam S. Uldall, 32, of 738 Bakerstown Road, Poland, and Alyssa Ashley Johnson, 24, of 3 Allen Ave., Chelsea, were arrested and each was charged with two counts of felony possession of a schedule W drug.

Both were taken to Cumberland County Jail pending appearance in Portland Unified Court.
