MECHANIC FALLS — The Mechanic Falls Historical Society will hold a three-entree community supper from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 2.
Originally promoted as the Almost Famous Roast Beef supper, turkey and ham will also be introduced in this menu. Diners will be able to choose to have a single entree or indulge with a slice from each. Homemade mashed potatoes, vegetables, cole slaw and desserts will also be included.
The society will also make the meal available as a “to go” item. The society will have appropriate containers available for this feature. The society asks diners to bring their own bags to carry out multiple meals. To reserve a meal to go you may call, email ahead or stop by during the supper hours. Cost is $8 for adults and $4 for children 12 and under.
The supper will held downstairs at the Congregational Hall at the Mechanic Falls Historical Society, 64 Elm St.
