At 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 9, Phil and Ellen LaClaire will perform at North Livermore Baptist Church.The LaClaires have a passion for acoustic roots, bluegrass and gospel music. Phil is an accomplished musician vocally and on the guitar and banjo. Ellen lends support with the upright bass, vocal harmonies and an occasional rift on the mandolin.
