ASHLAND — Police are investigating a late-night crash in northern Maine that killed a 34-year-old man and injured five others.

Officials say a pickup truck was heading north on Route 11 in Ashland shortly before 11 p.m. Wednesday when the 22-year-old driver lost control and went off the road into a wooded area.
