ALBERMARLE, N.C. —  First Bank announces that Maine native Anne Penney has been promoted to assistant vice president. Currently a branch manager, Penney brings more than 15 years of customer service experience to her new position.

Originally from Mechanic Falls, Penney graduated from Albemarle High School in 1998. She is a member of the Albemarle Rotary Club and serves on the First Bank local advisory board for Albemarle and Richfield.
