Feral Feline bake sale
AUBURN — Tommy’s Feral Feline Friends of Greene needs bakers for its Christmas bake sale on Dec. 14 and 15 at Big Lots.

AUBURN — Pine Cone Chapter No. 26 will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 14, at the Masonic Hall, 1021 Turner St.
The night will honor past/present star points. Bring nonperishable food items.

AUBURN — Danville Junction Grange will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 14. A Thanksgiving program will be presented by the lecturer.

Sixth Street Congre. holiday fair
AUBURN — A holiday fair will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 16, at the Sixth Street Congregational Church, 109 Sixth St.
Items include baked goods, jewelry, hand-knit items, white elephant table, the cherry tree, crafts and stocking stuffers for children.
There will be raffles for a handmade quilt, a food basket and 50/50.
Lunch of hot dogs, chili, beverage and dessert will be served from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Lisbon Methodist Christmas fair
LISBON — The Lisbon United Methodist Church will hold its annual Christmas fair from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 16, at 14 School St.
The fair offers crafts, baked goods, cookie walk, candy/fudge, wreaths and other Christmas arrangements, trash and treasures, nearly new table and lunch.
The beef stew lunch includes bread, beverage and dessert. Cost is $6 for adults and $2 for children ages 8 and under.

Prep for skiing, snow boarding
LEWISTON — Dr. Bruce Hamilton-Dick, medical director of sports medicine at St. Mary’s Center for Orthopaedics, and athletic trainer Jeff Eckhouse will hold a small group training session in advance of ski and snow boarding season.
Participants will be doing floor exercise activities, so wear something comfortable and appropriate gym shoes.
Two sessions will be held at the Lepage Conference Center at 99 Campus Ave. on Wednesday, Nov. 20. The beginners’ session will be held from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
A session for individuals with more experience will be held from 6:45 to 7:45 p.m. Each session is limited to 10.
