Coach: Nate Pelletier

Last year’s record: 11-8, lost in Eastern A quarterfinals.

Returning players:  Seniors — Crystal West (5-6 guard), Brooke Murch (5-9 forward), Claire Gregory (5-10 forward); Juniors — Mikayla Morin (5-8 guard), Anna Winslow (5-11 forward), Shannon Kriger (5-10 forward), Kersey Goyette (5-3 guard. Sophomores — Tianna Sugars (6-0 forward), Jayden Colby (5-5 guard); Ally Hanley (5-5 guard).

Key losses: Abbie Eastman (guard), Alex Rowe (forward), Molly Johnson (center) Kelsey DeBlois (forward), Merrissa Scarborough (guard).

Promising newcomers: Sophomore — Katie Bowie (5-4 guard); Freshmen — Erin Morton (5-3 guard), Erin Eastman (5-5 guard).

Outlook: The Vikings lost veteran talent and leadership in Eastman and Rowe but still have a number of players that contributed last year. Oxford Hills has athleticism and some size inside. Pelletier feels the Vikings can match up with most teams in the KVAC and compete for a playoff spot. The Vikings should improve greatly as younger players develop.
